Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of any bookings, the following criteria apply:

 

1. Cancellation made no later than 7 whole days before job commencement date - 0% refund of full job total

2. Cancellation made no later than 14 whole days before job commencement date - 25% refund of full job total.

3. Cancellation made no later than 21 whole days before job commencement date - 50% refund of full job total

 

These terms and conditions are legally binding and apply to all Seasoned bookings, unless specified otherwise in our service agreement.
